Search Recruitment Group, one of the UK's leading recruitment agencies with offices nationwide and in New York, is growing our Construction, Trades & Labour team in Newcastle, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us.

You'll be joining a business where construction recruitment has been at the heart of what we do since day one. With an established market presence, a strong existing client base and the autonomy to develop your own relationships, you'll have the platform and support you need to make an impact from the outset.

What you'll be doing:

• Proactively generate new business through B2B calls, client meetings and LinkedIn outreach.
• Identify new opportunities and build your own pipeline of prospective clients.
• Negotiate fees and terms to maximise commercial opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts, becoming their go-to recruitment partner
• Write engaging job adverts and use social media to attract candidates.
• Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, networking and direct approaches.
• Conduct interviews and manage the full recruitment process from initial brief through to placement.
• Ensure compliance with Right to Work checks and internal processes.
• Build long-term, trusted relationships with both clients and candidates.
