Remuneration: £38-£40 per hour – negotiable depending on experience

Description:

• Full or part time – days flexible
• £38-£40 per hour – negotiable depending on experience
• Primarily seeking a Dental Hygienist, although an experienced Dental Therapist would also be considered
• Predominantly private Hygiene appointments
• Flexible working pattern with days negotiable for the right candidate
• Permanent, long-term position
• Small, friendly independently owned practice – not part of a corporate or dental group
• Dedicated LDU Nurses within the practice
• Hygienists can work without chairside assistance; however, a Dental Nurse can be provided if preferred
• Fully computerised using SOE
• Practice happy to accommodate individual preferences regarding instruments and equipment where possible
• Supportive and flexible working environment
• Available now, start date negotiable

• Full NHS Performer Number
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate
• Passport
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
