IT Product Owner

Talentmark are recruiting for an IT Product Owner to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 6 months. This role is hybrid, with 3 days a week in the office in Basingstoke.

Our client is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. They focus on finding answers for some of the world’s most urgent medical needs.

Salary:

£28.95 to £38.60 per hour PAYE. Rates are dependent upon experience.

IT Product Owner Role:

Help deliver new digital products and services that solve real business problems.

Turn business needs into clear user stories in Jira.

Join sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives as an active member of the agile team.

Keep technology and business teams talking, and answer day-to-day questions as they come up.

Help resolve incidents and change requests within agreed service levels.

Keep product documentation and status reports up to date.Your Background:

A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology or a similar subject.

A good grasp of agile ways of working and IT service management.

Sharp analytical skills, with the knack of explaining ideas to both technical and non-technical people.

Hands-on experience with Jira or similar tools, and ideally Microsoft 365 apps such as SharePoint or Power Automate.

A curious mind about AI and automation, plus the people skills to work well with teams across different countries.Apply:
