Senior Workplace Coordinator

Location: Cambridge

Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm

We are looking for an experienced Senior Workplace Coordinator to lead the day-to-day workplace and front-of-house operation on a client site in Cambridge.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the on-site workplace/front-of-house team.

Oversee daily reception and front desk operations.

Ensure a professional and high-quality service is delivered to employees and visitors.

Manage workplace services, meeting rooms and general site

requirements.

Deal with queries and issues independently, using initiative to find solutions.

Work autonomously and take ownership of the site without requiring constant supervision.

Support and coordinate the wider facilities management operation.

About You

Previous experience in a Senior Workplace Coordinator, Workplace Manager, Facilities Coordinator, Front of House Manager or similar role.

Experience leading or supervising a team.

Strong front-of-house/reception experience.

Highly organised with excellent communication skills.

Confident working independently and making decisions using your own initiative.

Professional, proactive and comfortable taking full ownership of day-to-day site operations.

Experience working within a corporate or facilities management environment is desirable
