Clinical Role Overview
La Sécurité Sociale recherche un Directeur adjoint d'Établissements pour piloter l'opérationnel de deux EPHAD distants d'une vingtaine de kilomètres, sous l'autorité du Directeur.
Vous contribuerez au pilotage global, accompagnerez les équipes et suivrez les indicateurs RH/qualité/économiques. Vous participerez aux projets d'organisation et de transformation, tout en assurant la continuité de direction et en suppléant le Directeur si nécessaire.
