The consultant works on TMS developments, regulatory document flows (EDMS, customs certifications), as well as related projects within the transport, logistics, and after-sales scope.Key Activities • Project scoping and structuring of business requirements • Management of delivery using V-model or Agile methodologies (backlog, sprints, milestones) • Coordination of stakeholders (business analysts, business owners, development teams, software vendors) • Management of deployments, cutovers, and hypercare phases • Contribution to the evolution of the application architecture and the stabilization of the operational environmentDesired Expertise • Proven experience in managing complex IT projects involving software vendors and integrators • Demonstrated expertise in deploying a market-leading TMS • Proficiency in V-model and Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) • Strong technical and functional skills in integrations and interfaces: o APIs, web services, flat files, EDI o ERP, WMS, middleware • In-depth knowledge of the transportation, logistics, and customs sectors • Ability to challenge business requirements and assume a role similar to that of a delegated Product Owner • Operational profile, involved in business processes, going beyond an administrative PMO role**Work location:** Europe
