Задачи

• Deliver events and event-focused campaigns for clinical audiences in collaboration with marketing, communications, editorial teams, and colleagues across Elsevier
• Produce live and on-demand Lancet webinars
• Liaise with external partners and internal stakeholders to promote and deliver Lancet Lectures
• Own marketing plans and develop campaigns to drive abstract submissions, event registrations, website traffic, content usage, and lead generation
• Create and maintain event landing pages on TheLancet.com with Product Managers and Web Content Solutions teams
• Improve the optimisation and discoverability of conference and event-related offerings
• Report on campaign performance, insights, and event marketing spend against budget

Требования

• Relevant marketing experience, preferably in publishing, healthcare, academia, or a related industry
• Demonstrable project management, time management, and organisational skills; ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Ownership, growth, agile, and experimental mindsets focused on continuous improvement and performance outcomes
• Experience with marketing technology platforms such as BigMarker, HubSpot, Braze, Sprinklr, or Monday.com, and design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Premiere Pro, or Canva
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
• Fluency with AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity
• Experience working in a matrix organisation and adapting to changing priorities and uncertainty
• Fluent spoken and written English
