A private family in Doha is appointing a permanent Maternity Nurse, UK or European-trained, within the residence. The family needs a maternity nurse who can be left in charge of postnatal care, with the family's trust behind you. From Doha to Switzerland, the family's travel is yours too, and maternity care follows, and you decide how it is delivered. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies; it does not employ, so the family meets only a maternity nurse we have vetted. Contracts are issued by the family, not by an agency, and the terms for maternity care are agreed openly.

Requirements

You are a fully qualified maternity nurse with current registration in the UK or Europe. Bring at least 3 years of practice since full registration, enough to carry unsupervised responsibility. We consider maternity nurses trained and registered in the UK or Europe only. English must be fluent enough for clinical handovers and family conversations, and an NDA applies before any deployment from the first conversation. Verification comes first: licence, qualification and referees are all confirmed by us, and the family decides everything after that.

Benefits

You will earn from €5,000 a month, gross. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family provides accommodation within the residence and covers your travel, so you can focus on postnatal care. Paid annual leave is built into the contract, with cover planned around your full clinical autonomy duties. Your employer is the family, and the contract is between the two of you, with sole charge defined on paper.

Engagement essentials

Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs - two nurses alternating shifts - to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
