About the Role

Our Client is looking for a friendly, organised and professional Receptionist to join their busy team. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service and helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.

You will be the first point of contact for visitors, supporting visitors on arrival while also assisting with other additional administrative tasks. You will work alongside one other receptionist, helping to maintain an efficient, welcoming and professional reception environment.

Confidentiality and respect for patient privacy are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors and checking them in on arrival.
• Managing the reception area and ensuring everyone feels comfortable and supported.
• Providing guidance and assistance to everyone throughout their visit.
• Supporting everyone attending and helping ensure appointments run smoothly.
• Answering telephone calls and responding to general enquiries professionally.
• Maintaining accurate records and appointment information.
• Handling confidential patient information with discretion and care.
• Working collaboratively with the other receptionist and the wider team.
• Keeping the reception area organised, tidy and professional.
• Following procedures and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Salary Circa: £26000
