You'll help individuals improve their wellbeing, build confidence and develop greater independence through person-centred support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing emotional and practical support tailored to individual needs.
• Supporting daily living skills, including cooking, shopping, budgeting and appointments.
• Encouraging community involvement, social activities and personal development.
• Promoting independence, dignity, choice and positive wellbeing.
• Supporting individuals through challenging situations and reporting concerns appropriately.
• Maintaining accurate records and following safeguarding procedures.

Previous mental health experience is welcome, but a positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting others are essential. Training and ongoing support will be provided.
