Clinical Role Overview

Responsibilities

  • Draft, negotiate and review client and supplier contracts for the media division companies in France
  • Ensure GDPR compliance for the media division companies in France and advise operational teams on these matters
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Support the Secretary General in their duties
  • Manage litigation files

Requirements

  • Master's degree (equivalent to French Master 2) in Contract Law, Digital Law or Intellectual Property Law
  • In-depth knowledge of personal data protection regulations (GDPR)
  • Strong knowledge of digital/new technologies
  • Minimum 4–5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
