Clinical Role Overview

Une société de services recherche un(e) Directeur(rice) des services et de la performance opérationnelle pour optimiser la qualité et la continuité des services. Le candidat idéal aura 8-10 ans d'expérience en gestion des services IT. Ce poste stratégique nécessite des compétences en direction d'équipes, connaissance des pratiques ITIL et une forte capacité de communication. Une expérience précédente en ESN serait un plus. Poste CDI avec rémunération annuelle entre 50k€ et 70k€.
