Clinical Role Overview

Responsibilities

Providing personal care and support, including assistance with washing, dressing, grooming and toileting, as well as assisting with meals, hydration and nutritional care.
Assisting residents with daily activities promoting independence
Building positive and professional relationships with residents, families and colleagues
Follow individual personalised care plans
Working as a part of a team to deliver high quality of person- centred care
Ensuring residents are safe and comfortable through the night. You'll be naturally compassionate and patient, it is not necessary to have previous experience of working in a similar care environment because as long as you have a positive attitude and good communication skills, our first-class training will do the rest.
You'll be willing to undertake all aspects of care to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of our residents.
Training will be provided.
A willingness to be trained and to achieve Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
The ability to work shifts (including weekends and evenings).
You must be aged 18 years or over to apply for this job., An Overseas Police Check/ Certificate of Good Conduct may be required if you have lived or worked outside the UK for 12 Months or more, spent a significant period overseas, or worked abroad in a position of trust.
