In GI GROUP SPA we are looking for resources to be included in our research and selection team for the extracurricular internship position of: **RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT** In collaboration with our team specialized in sourcing and recruitment, you will deal with: * Support us in personnel search and selection activities (drafting and publishing announcements, screening, phone interviews, in-person and remote interviews, etc.); * Identification of the most effective recruitment channels; * Active search for candidates on our databases; * Preparation of dossiers and reporting candidates to clients; Alongside the tutor, you will have the opportunity to deepen the main aspects related to the selection and management of personnel hired through administration. **Where:** Bologna or Castel Maggiore, based on proximity to your home **Duration**: Extracurricular internship 6 months - from Monday to Friday 9-13/14-18 **Who it is addressed to**: Students/recent graduates in humanities/law or with a Master's degree in HR.
