An established industrial technology company is looking for an Embedded Software Architect to shape its embedded software platform and guide the teams developing its products.

Your responsibilities

• Define modular software architectures and guide the platform’s long-term development.
• Evaluate technologies and establish shared technical standards.
• Strengthen software quality through development guidelines, testing and automation.
• Work with customers, management and engineering teams to clarify requirements and communicate technical decisions.
• Coach developers and support consistent engineering practices across international locations.

Your background

• Several years of experience in embedded software development and complex software architecture.
• A degree in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of modern software engineering practices. Experience with Zephyr RTOS is an advantage.
• Clear communication skills and confidence providing technical guidance to development teams.
• Very good German and English .
