Saica Groupe recherche un Responsable Amélioration Continue pour notre site basé en Charente (16). Vous déployez la démarche Lean et pilotez les chantiers d’optimisation, en lien avec le Directeur de Production.
Vous avez 5 ans d’expérience dans l’amélioration continue, une formation Bac+5 et une excellente maîtrise d’Excel, SAP et des outils digitaux comme Fabriq. Anglais requis et esprit d’équipe.
