EFEDIÑ recherche un Responsable RH F/H en CDI pour un magasin de grande distribution situé à Plouër-sur-Rance. Vous structurerez et développerez la fonction RH en autonomie, en vous appuyant sur les managers et la direction pour soutenir la performance sociale et les projets de développement.
Rattaché au Dirigeant, vous piloterez la paie, coordonnerez une Chargée RH et définirez une politique de recrutement et de rémunération afin de fidéliser les équipes.
