Clinical Role Overview

Intersoc zoekt een ervaren sous-chef die deze winter in de Zwitserse Alpen de keukenteam aanstuurt. Je ondersteunt de chef-kok, leidt de dagelijkse keukenactiviteiten en zorgt voor een vlotte, kwaliteitsvolle service in het hotel.

Je bereidt samen met het team gevarieerde buffetmaaltijden, houdt rekening met dieetwensen en voert HACCP- en hygiënerichtlijnen strikt uit. Deze seizoenfunctie loopt van december tot maart/april.
