Sales Manager

• Develop and execute strategic account plans and market growth initiatives for government identity and secure document programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, system integrators, and strategic partners.
• Identify, qualify, and drive new business opportunities in government IDs, digital identity, and related government solutions.
• Lead public tenders and RFP/RFQ processes, including bid strategy, proposal development, pricing, commercial negotiations, and contract award.
• Monitor market trends, procurement pipelines, regulatory developments, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Gather and communicate customer and market insights to influence product roadmaps and commercial strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning solutions, strengthen customer engagement, and improve business performance.
• Ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and translated into successful commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in sales and business development within semi-conductor OR industrial manufacturing industry
• Masters / Bachelors in Engineering OR Management OR Sales
• Proven experience in business development, negotiations, and execution of successful development strategies
• Know how in RFiD, biometrics, digital identity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; Fluency in additional language Spanish/German/ Italian/ French is plus
