IT Project Manager (m,w,d)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of our PIRS Document and Change Management software products for Customers
• Project Management in Customer Projects
• Main Contact person for the Customer for all Business and IT Requirements
• Preparation and implementation of workshops and training courses
• In addition, you will provide the customer with advice and support the further development of their processes
• Document Controlling/Consulting
• Creating templates and reports for our customers
• First level support of our SOBIS products and customer applications in the service desk
• Participation in the continuous improvement of our internal processes and new features of our products

Qualifications

• Professional experience in project management or document management
• Methodological knowledge of ITIL and experience with CSS/HTML/Java are required
• Understanding of IT Interfaces
• German Language C2 or higher
• English Language skills (conversational and business)
• Quick comprehension, strong technical understanding
• Interest and curiosity in current IT topics and continuous self learning abilities
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills are essential
