Media & Content Manager

At Andy Stedman Design, we are building a category-leading premium design and build brand. Content is not an afterthought here. It drives awareness, authority and qualified leads.

We are now looking for an experienced Media & Content Manager to take full ownership of our content strategy and execution across all platforms. This is a senior position for someone commercially minded, strategic and capable of operating at a high level.

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee all content across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Own the content calendar and maintain consistent premium brand positioning
• Drive qualified lead generation through organic content, with a clear objective of reducing reliance on paid media
• Manage videographers, editors and the full production workflow
• Oversee and manage external agencies (Meta, Google, SEO), holding them accountable to performance and ROI
• Plan and execute lead magnets, email lists and nurture sequences
• Monitor performance data and refine strategy based on commercial outcomes
• Ensure all public-facing content reflects the senior, premium level of the business

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in content-led growth and qualified lead generation
• Strong understanding of premium, high-end or design-led brands
• Commercially aware with lead-based thinking. Vanity metrics do not drive decisions here
• Confident managing agencies and creative teams
• Strategic, proactive and capable of taking full ownership
• Experience using modern software, AI tools and operational systems
• Comfortable operating within a scaling business
• Within comfortable commuting distance of Chichester
