Clinical Role Overview
PBS4 is seeking a Full-time Male Support Worker (Enablement Practitioner) in Sherborne, Dorset. The role involves a 2-on-1 support ratio for a 33-year-old male with Autism and Mild Learning Disability. Duties include medication support, prompting for daily tasks, and facilitating activities such as music, swimming, and outings.
Hours are wake nights, 20:00–08:00, 20 hours/week with alternate weekends. A full UK driving licence is required. Sponsorship is not available for PBS4 roles.
