4 Week Days + 1 Weekend Day

We are seeking an experienced full-time chef to join a friendly team working within a fast-paced 300+ cover restaurant.

About the Job:

• · Efficient preparation and cooking great food to a consistently high standard
• · Adapting to change with menus and understanding the elements to execute
• · Maintaining high cleaning standards, including regular deep cleans
• · Working closely with the whole kitchen team

About You

• Must have previous experience as a Chef
• Have a positive and upbeat attitude
• Be able to work under pressure and as part of a team
• Must be able to remain calm and focused, ensuring every dish is high quality
• A team player with drive and ambition, with the ability to work efficiently alone when required
• Be able to deliver a high level of customer service
• Respond well to feedback and able to take direction and feedback from other members of the team
• Carvery experience desirable but not essential
• Immediate start if possible
