Clinical Role Overview
HC-One is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for our Coventry dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. This part-time role (24.5 hours per week) has shifts from 14:30 to 22:00 on a 3-on, 3-off pattern, supporting residents with personal care and daily activities with kindness and respect.
You will work under a Registered Nurse to promote physical, emotional and social wellbeing, safeguard residents, and contribute to a compassionate, person-centred home life.
