About the Role

We are looking for Danish-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join an international company operating in the power tools and equipment industry.

In this role, you will support Danish-speaking customers by answering questions, providing product information, and helping resolve inquiries related to orders and products.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to Danish-speaking customers.
• Answer questions regarding products, orders, deliveries, and returns.
• Assist customers with product-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
• Handle customer complaints and find appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer information in internal systems.
• Cooperate with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluent Danish, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-focused and professional approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.
