Clinical Role Overview
Granular Energy is hiring a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of European customers. You will be the day-to-day contact, provide level 1 support on the platform, onboard new clients, drive adoption and support renewals and upsell with the Commercial team.
Required: 2-4 years in a B2B customer-facing role, energy sector experience, strong communication, analytical mindset with Excel, and fluent English.
