Odoo ERP Consultant | Drive Implementations & Impact

About the Role

We are looking for a Odoo Business Analyst/Odoo Consultant to join our delivery team. This role can be a great fitfor experienced Odoo specialists, who have experience in Odoo (at least 2-3 projects). You will work closely with clients and delivery teams to understand business needs, design effective solutions, and support ERP implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients during interviews, workshops, demos, and training sessions
• Analyze business processes and requirements
• Design and configure functional solutions in Odoo
• Support implementation from analysis and configuration through testing, go-live, and further improvements
• Collaborate with project managers and developers
• Advise clients on best practices and challenge requirements when a better solution is possible
• Take ownership of assigned functional areas and communicate directly with stakeholders

Must Have

• Strong experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant / Odoo Business Analyst
• Experience with at least 2 end-to-end Odoo implementations
• Strong customer-facing experience
• Good knowledge of several Odoo areas, such as: Sales, Purchase, Inventory / Warehouse, Manufacturing, Accounting / Finance
• Ability to work independently in a consulting environment

Nice to have

• Strong Odoo Accounting / Finance expertise
• Odoo Functional Certification
• Experience with migrations between Odoo versions
• Experience with Odoo Studio
• Experience taking over or rescuing existing implementations
• Previous experience working for an official Odoo partner
