Lead the Product Quality Assurance team, including responsibility for measurement and testing equipment monitoring.
Participate in projects from concept phase through serial production launch, ensuring quality requirements are met at every stage.
Drive quality performance through KPI monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as the key interface between production, customers, and international project teams.
Develop and implement actions to improve product and process quality.
Ensure quality standards in both serial production and new product introduction projects.
Support problem-solving activities and the implementation of corrective actions.

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical or manufacturing environment.
At least 3 years of experience in Body in White (BIW) and welding processes.
Experience in quality assurance, quality control, or measurement technology.
Knowledge of laser applications, including laser welding, laser brazing, and laser cutting.
Experience with GOM systems, inline measurement solutions, and advanced quality inspection technologies.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent English and Polish.
German language skills will be considered an advantage.
Welding Engineer certification will be a strong asset.
