Junior Chef / Commis de Cuisine (m/f/d)

Have you just completed your training or gained some initial experience, and want to develop your skills in a real professional kitchen? Your responsibilities

• Supporting all stations in preparing starters, mains and desserts
• Mise-en-place: cutting, portioning and plating cleanly and precisely
• Quality awareness for freshness, taste and attractive presentation
• Hygiene and cleanliness in line with HACCP standards

What you bring

• Completed training as a chef
• Eagerness to learn, team spirit and reliability
• Calm and structure even when things get busy
• Good German skills are a plus
