Enhanced Day Rate: £15.69 per hour

Night Shift Rate: £18.72 per hour

Flexible Shift Options: Opportunities for 12-hour day (10:00 - 22:00) and night (22:00 - 10:00) shifts, with the availability of sleep-ins following day shifts.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will focus on physical care support, ensuring patients receive the highest standard of daily assistance. Your primary duties will include:

Executing safe manual handling techniques to support patient mobility.

Managing and overseeing PEG feeding protocols with precision.

Ensuring the prompt and accurate administration of medications.

Delivering personalized physical and personal care tailored to the specific needs of the individual.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should be a proactive and reliable professional. We require:

Experience: Proven practical experience with PEG feeds, manual handling, and medication administration.

Availability: Willingness to commit to a 12-hour shift pattern, including both day and night rotations.

Transport: Due to the rural nature of the shift locations, access to a vehicle is essential. *Please note: Female drivers are strongly preferred for this recruitment drive (Occupational Requirement: Exemption claimed under Section 9, Part 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010).
