Inbound Sales Executive

Our client is a specialist provider within the cleaning and drainage sector, and they are looking for an experienced Inbound Sales Executive to join their growing team.

This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where

you will be responsible for converting inbound enquiries into confirmed sales. You’ll be speaking directly with customers who require specialist services, quickly understanding their needs, building trust and providing the right solution.

With a £30,000–£35,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission,

this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys working towards targets and wants their performance to be directly rewarded.

The Role

Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers responding to marketing across social media, web and print.

Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer

requirements and recommend appropriate services.

Build rapport quickly and create a positive customer experience from the first interaction.

Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed sales and maximise every sales opportunity.

Identify opportunities to upsell and promote additional services where appropriate.

Work towards daily, weekly and monthly sales and performance targets.

Deliver a professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic service on every call.

Liaise closely with the Operations Team to establish availability and timescales for job completion.

Ensure customers receive accurate information and clear expectations throughout the sales process.

Maintain high standards of customer service while working within established processes and guidelines.

Prioritise workload effectively to maximise customer interactions and sales opportunities.

Go above and beyond to ensure a positive customer experience.

About You

We're looking for a confident and commercially driven sales professional who thrives in a target-focused environment.

Ideally, you will have:

At least 2 years' sales, telesales or inbound call-centre experience.

Experience working towards structured KPIs and sales targets.

A genuine passion for sales and delivering outstanding customer service.

Excellent telephone communication and rapport-building skills.

The confidence to influence customers and identify sales opportunities.

A competitive, resilient and results-driven approach.

The ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and standard computer applications.

The ability to exercise sound judgement and work within established processes.

Working Hours

This is a flexible role operating between 8am and 6pm, with some weekend and bank holiday working required as part of the role.

What's on Offer?
