Aspire People are recruiting a Lunchtime Supervisor to support a welcoming primary school in North Manchester from November through to the end of the academic year.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for consistent part-time work during school hours and who enjoys working with children.

The Role:

• Supervising pupils during lunchtime and outdoor play
• Helping maintain a safe and positive environment
• Supporting children during lunch and social times
• Encouraging positive behaviour and good manners
• Monitoring pupils during indoor and outdoor activities
• Supporting children with minor disagreements and friendship issues
• Ensuring school expectations are followed
• Reporting any concerns to the appropriate member of staff
• Working as part of the wider school team

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working with children is desirable
• Confident supervising groups of primary-aged children
• Calm, patient and approachable
• Able to manage behaviour positively
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong communication skills
• Committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 11:20am - 1:20pm
• 10 hours per week
• Starting November
• Continuing until the end of the academic year
