Practice Nurse
Clinical Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive primary care team for a full time (37.5 hours per week) position. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, including chronic disease management, health promotion, cervical screening, immunisations, wound care, and routine nursing treatments.
Working collaboratively with GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in delivering safe, patient-centred care and improving health outcomes within our practice.
