Are you a proven New Business BDM who thrives on winning new clients?

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing professional services business, selling a range of finance, accounting and business support solutions to SME clients.

This is a genuine 100% new-business role. You’ll be responsible for identifying prospects, opening doors, developing relationships and converting new clients.

The Role

Working remotely, you’ll have responsibility for developing new business across London and the Home Counties.

You’ll target SME business owners and decision-makers, understanding their challenges and introducing solutions that can support areas such as outsourced finance, bookkeeping, management accounts, cash-flow forecasting, payroll, tax and business advisory.

This is a consultative sales role where you’ll need to be confident speaking with business owners, identifying opportunities and taking prospects through the full sales process from initial contact to close.

About You

We’re looking for a genuine new-business hunter with a proven track record of selling similar professional or business services into SMEs.

You’ll ideally have:

• Proven B2B new-business sales experience
• Experience selling professional, financial, business or outsourced services
• A track record of winning SME clients
• Strong prospecting and lead-generation skills
• Confidence engaging directly with business owners and senior decision-makers
• Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills
• A highly driven, target-focused approach
• The ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

This is not an account management role – the focus is entirely on winning new business.
