Production Operative - Picking & Packing

Location: Wellingborough

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Working Days: Monday-Saturday availability required

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive Production Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced operation in Wellingborough!

This is not just a standard picking and packing role. We are looking for people who are quick-thinking, highly computer literate, detail-oriented and confident working with technology while keeping up with a demanding workload.

If you have previous picking and packing experience, are confident using computer systems and enjoy keeping busy, we want to hear from you!

What will you be doing?

Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.

Using computer systems and scanners to process orders and update information.

Working at pace to meet daily targets and deadlines.

Use tape guns to pack orders

Checking products and orders to ensure accuracy and quality.

Following production and packing procedures.

Identifying and resolving discrepancies quickly.

Keeping your workspace organised and maintaining high standards.

Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What are we looking for?

Previous picking and packing experience is essential.

Excellent computer literacy and confidence using computer systems.

A quick learner who can think on their feet and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills.

A positive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude.

Someone who thrives under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Flexibility to work across Monday-Saturday, as required.
