Production Operator

PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS WORKING 12 HOUR DAYS/NIGHTS, please do not apply for this role if you cannot work the below shifts.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Wakefield (WF1)

Pay Rate: £12.71ph DAYS / £13.71ph NIGHTS

Hours: Monday to Thursday 5:45AM-5:45PM / 5:45PM - 5:45AM. Rotating DAY/NIGHT shifts.

THH Recruitment is currently working with a long-established textile manufacturer in Wakefield, and we’re looking for Production Operatives to join their growing team.

This is a position that will develop into a team leader/supervisory role for the right person.

Whether you have machine experience or come from a general manufacturing background,

this is a brilliant opportunity to build a long-term career in a well-supported production environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating textile machines and keeping production running smoothly
• Supporting general duties across the factory floor
• Following all health & safety procedures
• Meeting production targets and quality standards
• Working as part of a friendly, hard-working team

• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Solid understanding of workplace health & safety
• Reliability and consistency
