What you will bring to the role

The post holder will deal with a wide range of queries from staff and managers, providing support and advice for staff related to reward, Policies, Terms & Conditions and the Agenda for Change process. The role will be required to work closely with HR, Managers and the Clinical Support Units (CSUs), to ensure a smooth programme of activity.

You will:

• Ensure that project timescales are on track and that the highest standards are maintained in line with Trust Policy
• Provide advice and support to staff and, and managers on complex queries relating to the Agenda for Change process
• Ensure the appropriate databases accurately maintained and up-to-date.
• Proactive forward planning
