Psychiatrist – Healthcare AI Project (France)

Weekly Commitment: Approximately 10 hours per week

Job Description

iMerit is seeking qualified Psychiatrists based in France to support a remote Healthcare AI project focused on clinical document labeling, entity annotation, and summarization of psychiatrist-patient encounters.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in psychiatry, excellent knowledge of psychiatric terminology, and experience reviewing and interpreting clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and label psychiatric and clinical documents according to project guidelines.
• Identify, extract, and annotate relevant clinical entities, including psychiatric diagnoses, symptoms, medications, mental health assessments, and treatment plans.
• Accurately summarize psychiatrist-patient encounters while preserving clinically relevant information.
• Review clinical documentation to ensure accurate interpretation and categorization of psychiatric information.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, patient confidentiality, and data privacy.
• Complete assigned tasks within established project deadlines.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure annotation quality and consistency.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Qualified Psychiatrist (Médecin Psychiatre) with a recognized medical degree and specialization in psychiatry.
• Currently based in France.
• Strong understanding of psychiatric terminology, clinical documentation, and patient care.
• Experience reviewing psychiatric medical records and interpreting patient consultations.
• Excellent written communication skills in French along with basic English to communicate.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous experience in Healthcare AI, medical data annotation, or clinical document labeling is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Work Arrangement: Remote
• Weekly Commitment: Approximately 10 hours/ Short Term
• Schedule: Flexible, subject to assigned task deadlines.
• Compensation: Hourly, based on qualifications and experience
