Pay & Benefits

Pay Rate: £22.00 – £28.00 per hour (dependent on assignment, location, and shift pattern)

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents and patients.

Safely administer medications and manage care plans in accordance with NMC guidelines.

Lead and support healthcare assistants on shift to ensure efficient care delivery.

Conduct clinical assessments and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records.

Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, doctors, and family members.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 6 months of UK-based post-registration nursing experience.

Compliance: Enhanced DBS check (or registered on the DBS Update Service) and valid Right to Work in the UK.

Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and leadership skills
