Registered Manager (Clinical)

Location: Telford

Salary: £80,000 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Clinical Registered Manager to lead our Care Home, ensuring the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care and maintaining the highest standards of clinical and operational excellence.

Essential

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and experience of medication management,
• Level 5 Management NVQ (or equivalent)
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a care home setting
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
• Excellent leadership of supervising & leading a senior team, managing clinical staff, communication, and organisational skills
• An understanding of safeguarding adults at risk
• Understanding of key care

Essential Experience

• Experience of managing in a care home setting.
• Experience of caring for individuals with dementia.
• Experience Medication management.
• Experience of supervising & leading a senior team.
• Experience of managing clinical staff.
• Understanding of safeguarding adults at risk.
• Understanding of regulations & legislation within the care profession.
• Understanding of key care principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the care home
• Lead and support the clinical and care teams
• Ensure high standards of care, safety, and compliance
• Manage staffing, quality assurance, and occupancy levels
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
