Part Time Locum Dentist required - 3 days per week for a busy mixed practice in Stroud, Gloucestershire

• £600 per day 30 UDA Target average per month £14 per UDA for over or under achievement OR £17 per UDA if preferred
• 50% split on Private & Labs
• Monday, Tuesday and Friday available

• UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years

• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
