Clinical Role Overview
Sanderson is seeking a Reward Manager for an initial 6-month contract with a hybrid working model in Ireland. You will act as the subject matter expert on reward, supporting compensation, benchmarking, benefits, salary review processes and overall reward strategy across the business.
