Clinical Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Field Marketing Manager with at least 7 years of experience in B2B marketing. In this role, you will take full ownership of driving brand awareness for Comarch E-INVOICING and generating leads across the UK and CEE markets.

Your Goal? To translate insights into regulatory changes and UK & CEE market trends into high-impact campaigns, engaging events, and a measurable pipeline. We are searching for someone who seamlessly combines strategic planning (ABM, omnichannel, AI) with strong sales partnership and effective budget management.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 7 years in B2B marketing, including 3 years in a regional or international role (SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software sectors are strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and deliver tangible revenue impact (ROI), going beyond execution alone
  • Hands-on experience in 360-degree marketing (Digital, ABM, Content, PR, Events) and proficient budget management
  • Practical knowledge of using AI tools (content creation, localization, analytics, research) backed by concrete examples
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation software
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) for daily regional collaboration and content creation
  • Readiness to work flexible hours aligned with UK & CEE time zones and willingness to travel regionally a few times a year

    • Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with sales objectives across the UK & CEE region, ensuring effective budget allocation to drive revenue
  • Scaling via AI & ABM: Design and run personalized Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns while leveraging AI tools to automate content creation workflows
  • Events & Content Marketing: Build the company’s thought leadership by creating insightful industry content and organizing impactful events (both online and offline) across target markets
  • Sales Collaboration & Enablement: Maintain close communication with the sales team, deliver impactful sales enablement tools, and provide marketing support to partners and system integrators
  • Performance Measurement & Optimization: Track campaign performance, analyze attribution models, and continuously optimize conversion metrics
