Clinical Role Overview
Coventry & Rugby GP Alliance is seeking an experienced Admiral Nurse to deliver specialist dementia care to people living with dementia and their families across Coventry & Rugby. You will assess, plan and provide evidence-based interventions, supporting carers and health and social care colleagues.
The role involves working with partner organisations, promoting best practice, and applying the Admiral Nurse Competency Framework to improve outcomes.
