We operate 3 franchise dealerships across Shropshire representing Kia, Ford, Ford Transit, Škoda and Geely brands.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Dealer Principal to lead a multi‑franchise operation in Shropshire , working closely with the Board of Directors to drive performance, growth and future development.

We are looking for an ambitious automotive leader with proven experience within franchise dealerships , strong knowledge of both Sales and Aftersales , and the ability to lead multiple disciplines across the business, including:

• New & Used Vehicle Sales
• Parts
• Accident Repair
• Express Centre

You will be commercially focused, customer‑led and an experienced people leader, with a proven track record of delivering results, developing and motivating teams and maintaining strong manufacturer relationships.

This is a key leadership position offering genuine future progression, increased responsibility and the opportunity to play an important role in shaping the continued growth of the wider business.
