Remuneration: £40,000 - £60,000 + bonus

The role of Senior Estimator – Facades will involve:

• Estimator position dealing with various cladding systems such as:, wall cladding, rain screen cladding and SFS
• Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and tenders for facade and cladding projects
• Analyse drawings, specifications and project

requirements to produce accurate and competitive quotations

• Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, negotiating costs where appropriate
• Identify project risks, assess material and labour

requirements, and ensure all costs are accounted for

• Liaise with clients, contractors and internal estimating teams throughout the tender process, providing commercial and technical support
• Working on projects that could range in value between £2m – £35m+

The ideal applicant will be Senior Estimator – Facades with:

• Must have experience as an Estimator within facades
• Ideally have experience within rainscreen cladding and/or recladding experience
• Ability to work well autonomously
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• High levels of attention to detail and organisation
• Familiar with working in a fast paced environment dealing with multiple projects at any one time
