Clinical Role Overview
Derbyshire County Council’s Hopewell site in Clay Cross is seeking a Residential Children’s Worker to provide 24‑hour care in a safe, nurturing home for children and young people with emotional and social needs.
You will work in a small, dedicated team, building strong relationships, maintaining routine, and using the PACE approach to support education, wellbeing, and stability in line with regulatory standards. Training is provided and progression opportunities exist.
