Clinical Role Overview
Lightspeed is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to manage and grow our most important hospitality enterprise customers in France. You will serve as the main contact, drive growth, adoption, and retention, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You will engage with C-level and operational stakeholders, leveraging data to create long-term business value and ensure Net Revenue Retention grows across your portfolio.
