La risorsa gestirà ed evolverà il SGQ, coordinerà la conformità alle norme ISO e la Direttiva Rumore, e guiderà la digitalizzazione dei processi tramite ETQ Reliance/eQMS.
Le responsabilità includono audit interni ed esterni, gestione CAPA, monitoraggio KPI e centralizzazione dei dati di processo, oltre al miglioramento continuo e al coordinamento
