Clinical Role Overview
Blue Elephant Childcare Ltd is seeking a Senior Support Worker for our Devon homes. The role involves leading a team, supporting children in residential settings and creating a nurturing, safe environment across Barnstaple, Bideford and Torrington areas.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of Residential Care experience, with preference for those already at a senior level and holding a Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification. A full UK driving licence is essential.
